The hygienist was patient with my four year old little girl. My daughter didn’t like the actual cleaning process, and her hygienist worked with her to find a way to make it more tolerable — different flavored toothpastes, doing one or two teeth at a time, spitting in a sink instead of using the vacuum. She worked so hard to make it easy for us. Didn’t spend much time with the dentist herself (we had the new one), but Dr. Kalantar in the past has been fabulous. Front office staff was also super friendly and helpful.

This is the best pediatric dentist you could find! I always tell my friends it is like taking my kids to a carnival! They walk in and play in a fun toy area (which i have never waited longer than 10 min max. Usually 2 min) then go to their chairs where the nurses are always so bubbly and kind. They help the kids feel peaceful as they clean/check their teeth. They even change the show if the child doesn’t like what is on. Then the child gets a tattoo/sticker or balloon, or my daughter gets her nails painted (her favorite!!). Then they get a token to use in the toy machines. It is really well orchestrated. And the most important part, is Dr Kalantar is amazing! She is intelligent, professional and talented at what she does!
