Fluoride Treatment

Fluoride is very beneficial to teeth but too much or too little can have negative effects. Excessive fluoride ingestion by pre-school children can lead to fluorosis - a chalky white or brown discoloration of the permanent teeth. Little or no fluoride will not strengthen the teeth to help resist cavities.
