It was really helpful when the front desk explained to me BEFORE the appointment what my out of network charges would be (roughly and with reasonable disclaimers). Most medical/dental offices don’t do that.

An impromptu visit for an 18-month old who fell into a cot and displaced his tooth. The staff, from check-in through the care received in the room, were incredible. Our son was very fussy with anyone touching his mouth over the previous week, but the doctor and assistants at Pediatric Dentistry of Reston were exceptional in keeping him comfortable and making it fun.
