Dr. Joyce Fernandes is a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, with extensive experience in both clinical care and education. She earned her specialty in Pediatric Dentistry from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry, followed by a fellowship in General Anesthesia, Oral and Conscious Sedation, and Special Needs Dentistry at Kosair Children’s Hospital, University of Kentucky. She later served as a Post-doctoral Fellow at the University of Maryland, where she taught pediatric dentistry and lectured nationally and internationally.
Dr. Fernandes passion lies in creating fun, positive dental experiences for every child, regardless of their treatment needs. She is also a strong advocate for preventive care and is committed to establishing lifelong dental homes for children of all ages.
